Crushed sandstone aggregates

Sandstone crushed and screened into sizes, from fine dust for bedding to big clean stone for gabions and drains.

Straight top-down aerial of five neat conical stockpiles of crushed sandstone in different sizes on a quarry floor, graphic circles and shadows.

Crushed once, sorted by size

Stone that isn't kept whole goes into the crusher, which breaks it down. The crushed stone then runs over the screens, which shake it through meshes of different sizes. Each size drops onto its own conveyor and its own stockpile.

Sandstone dust is fine enough to pack and smooth. Fine chippings have the dust screened out. Clean stone, small and large, has the fines removed so water runs through. Gabion and drainage stone is the largest screened size, hand-sized and angular.

The grading of each size is sent with your pre-order confirmation.
